Craftmory™ arranges shipment to destinations displayed as available through the store.
Customers are responsible for reviewing recipient and delivery information carefully before submitting an order.
Available products are generally prepared for dispatch within two to four business days unless another period is displayed.
Estimated transit time begins after the parcel has been accepted into the delivery provider’s network.

Arrival ranges are estimates for general planning rather than guaranteed delivery appointments. Weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, customs review, carrier volume, remote-area service, and local conditions may affect delivery.

Fragile products may require additional protective packaging. Products from one order may also be prepared at different fulfillment locations and therefore arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking information may take additional time to become active after dispatch. Parcel scans and status updates are maintained by the delivery provider and may not display every movement.

Changes to recipient or delivery details cannot be guaranteed after preparation begins. Parcels returned because of incomplete information, refusal, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may require new delivery arrangements.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import procedures, duties, local taxes, or documentation requirements determined by destination authorities.

If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, customers should check entrances, mail areas, safe locations, household members, reception areas, neighbors, and carrier notices before reporting the matter.
